    Clause 01

    Scope of Shopify VTO terms

These Shopify Virtual Try-On Terms apply to the Aabhas Virtual Try-On app, embedded Shopify admin, theme extension, storefront widget, app proxy routes, analytics functionality, and related merchant and shopper interactions. These terms supplement the general Aabhas Terms. If there is a conflict for Shopify VTO usage, these Shopify VTO Terms control for that usage.

    Clause 02

    Merchant installation and configuration

The merchant is responsible for installing the app, granting appropriate Shopify scopes, configuring theme placement, selecting products or collections where VTO should appear, managing product images, configuring availability rules, reviewing output quality, and ensuring that the storefront presentation is suitable for the merchant's brand and legal obligations.

If the merchant disables VTO for a product or collection, the app may hide the widget rather than showing a disabled message. If configuration is incomplete, credits are exhausted, runtime validation fails, or required templates are unavailable, the app may fail closed, show an error, or prevent try-on execution.

    Clause 03

    Shopper image uploads

Shoppers must upload only images they are authorized to use. Shoppers should not upload images of another person without permission, images of minors without appropriate authorization, unlawful images, sensitive documents, medical images, explicit content, or images unrelated to the virtual try-on purpose.

By uploading a photo through the widget, the shopper authorizes processing of the uploaded image and selected garment or product image to generate the requested virtual try-on preview, subject to the Shopify VTO Privacy Notice and merchant configuration.

    Clause 04

    Preview-only nature of the service

The virtual try-on result is for visualization only. It is not a contractual product representation, size recommendation, guarantee of fit, guarantee of appearance, guarantee of availability, warranty, or substitute for merchant product descriptions, sizing charts, return policies, or customer judgment.

The merchant remains responsible for product descriptions, pricing, availability, returns, refunds, product safety, consumer law compliance, advertising claims, and final sale terms. Aabhas is not the seller of goods on the merchant storefront.

    Clause 05

    Analytics and merchant reporting

Where analytics are enabled, Aabhas may provide the merchant with metrics related to VTO interactions and commerce events, such as views, attempts, completions, add-to-cart events, checkout activity, returns, refunds, or similar measures. Analytics are provided for operational insight and may depend on event availability, Shopify configuration, browser behavior, consent settings, and data quality.

Aabhas does not guarantee that analytics are complete, error-free, suitable for financial reporting, or sufficient for regulatory reporting. Merchants should not rely on Aabhas analytics as the sole source of accounting, tax, legal, inventory, or financial truth.

    Clause 06

    Merchant privacy obligations

The merchant must maintain an accurate storefront privacy policy, disclose use of the Aabhas VTO app where required, configure cookie and consent tools as required by applicable law, respond to shopper requests, and ensure that any merchant-controlled use of analytics or generated outputs is lawful.

The merchant must not instruct Aabhas to process data unlawfully or use the app to circumvent Shopify rules, privacy law, customer consent choices, or platform restrictions.

    Clause 07

Image quality, moderation, and unsupported content

Aabhas may reject or fail to process images that are too large, unsupported, corrupted, unsafe, low quality, incompatible with the model, blocked by policy, or unsuitable for the configured workflow. The app may compress, resize, transform, or convert images before processing to improve upload speed, compatibility, and inference reliability.

Aabhas may remove, block, or refuse to display content that appears unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, technically harmful, or outside the intended VTO use case.

    Clause 08

    Credits, billing, and availability

VTO execution may consume credits or usage allocations associated with the merchant's Aabhas account or app plan. If credits are exhausted, billing is inactive, the shop is not provisioned, or required runtime configuration is missing, VTO execution may be unavailable until the merchant resolves the issue.

Aabhas may update plan limits, credit behavior, billing integrations, or usage enforcement from time to time, subject to the applicable merchant agreement or Shopify billing configuration.

    Clause 09

    Shopify platform dependency

The app depends on Shopify platform features including OAuth, embedded app behavior, app proxy routing, theme extensions, pixels, webhooks, and Admin API access. Shopify changes, merchant theme changes, disabled scopes, app uninstallation, browser restrictions, privacy settings, or storefront customization may affect app behavior.

    Clause 10

    Uninstall, redaction, and data deletion

When a merchant uninstalls the app or Shopify sends a verified privacy webhook, Aabhas processes the request according to its technical capabilities, Shopify requirements, applicable law, and backup or legal retention limitations. Some operational logs, aggregated records, or backup copies may persist for limited periods where immediate deletion is not technically feasible or legally required.

    Clause 11

    No prohibited usage

The merchant must not use the Shopify VTO app for identity verification, biometric recognition, surveillance, credit decisions, employment decisions, health assessment, age estimation, law enforcement matching, or other sensitive decision-making use cases. The app is intended for fashion and product visualization in a shopping context only.

    Clause 12

    Support boundaries

Shoppers should contact the merchant for product, order, refund, return, fulfillment, and purchase questions. Merchants should contact Aabhas for app configuration, installation, runtime, analytics, billing, or VTO support. Aabhas may require diagnostic information, screenshots, request identifiers, shop domain, product identifiers, and timestamps to investigate support issues.

    Clause 13

    Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Shopify VTO app is provided as-is and as-available. Aabhas disclaims warranties relating to output accuracy, exact product appearance, merchant sales performance, conversion rate improvement, return reduction, uninterrupted operation, theme compatibility, and compatibility with every product image or shopper photo.

Aabhas will not be liable for merchant product claims, shopper purchase decisions, inaccurate storefront descriptions, consumer disputes, inventory issues, delivery failures, refunds, returns, or merchant misuse of generated outputs. Any liability is limited as stated in the applicable Aabhas agreement or general Terms.
